Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls


Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Filling:

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, diced red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Assemble the Crescent Rolls:

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end and rolling towards the point. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake the Crescent Rolls:

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
5. Serve:

Remove the crescent rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
